This document applies to must and grape harvest pumps, as defined in 3.1, intended for the transfer of fresh, de-stemmed grapes and pomace. This document deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations or hazardous events relevant to grape harvest pumps, when it is used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer, specified in Annex B. This document does not deal with hazardous phenomena associated with the integration of grape harvest pumps with other machinery.
